Dope2111 is a Nepalese-American beauty YouTuber who is also active on Instagram and other social platforms. Her real name is Promise Tamang Phan, and she was born on 30th July 1989, in Kathmandu. Promise and her three sisters have American nationality but belong to Asian ethnicity. She was born Prathigya, but since she moved to America and people had problems pronouncing her name, she changed it to Promise. Her having the same last name as another beauty vlogger, Michelle Phan, is no coincidence: Promise became her sister-in-law after marrying her current husband, Steve Phan.
