The diagnosis confirmed Tess's worries when they announced that she had to go to surgery asap. She had to get done a double mastectomy, where the doctors removed most of her breast tissue. She was happy to find out that the surgery was successful, and later she got additional reconstructive surgery using implants.
Tess didn't let her medical issues stop her from the things she loves and continues to post videos on YouTube.
